PRIVACY POLICY
All information collected during the duration of this project will not be shared with third parties unless required to do so by law or
requested by you. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of completing the development of the project and to represent
the quality of our work to others, such as in our online portfolio, if you allow us to do so.

PROJECT INITIATION
We operate on a pre-paid subscription basis. The monthly initiation of this project is triggered by payment for the current month’s
activities ends with the monthly fulfilment of the items covered in the proposal.

QUALITY GUARANTEE
We take pride in offering high quality services and professional client service. We will make every effort to ensure that every aspect of
our service is to the client’s satisfaction within the agreed scope of the project. A client is given reasonable amount of time to view and
make a maximum of two (2) revisions on any videos or other content to ensure it reaches the desired standard.
In the event that a problem is discovered or an error has been made after the project is deemed complete, please report the
problem to us immediately so we may take appropriate action.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES
If the client changes his/her mind about doing work with “Fast” Ranking during the course of the campaign, the client will
be responsible for the amount of work already completed. Depending on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation,
this may mean receiving a full refund, a partial refund, no refund, or owing additional fees. In order to protect clients from
unintentional service interruption, clients wishing to terminate any services must request the service termination in writing via email
or on the phone 10 days before the start of the next cycle.
We cannot be responsible for perceived loss of revenue under any circumstances.

PAYMENT TERMS
We require 100% payment prior to the start of the project. The Payment is charged monthly according to the select website maintenance plan. The projects are launched on the 1st of the month. Invoices are issued 5 days prior to launch. A project shall automatically be set to inactive if 5 days past launch date, no payment is  received. The payments shall be due no later than the 5th of the current month.
